ANKARA OSTIM SMALL INDUSTRY SITE
The Ostim Small Industry Site, consisting of 250 independent units over a construction area of 60,000 m², was built in Batıkent using a fully prefabricated system. Designed and constructed by Aktürk, the project was delivered 6 months ahead of schedule, earning appreciation.
NASCOR WOOD FACTORY
Aktürk’s Nascor Advanced Timber Construction Systems Factory, established in Etimesgut, operates on a 27-acre site with approximately 13,000 m² of closed area. This factory, producing the world’s leading building technology—high-performance, energy-efficient, and healthy Nascor advanced timber load-bearing systems—operates under the assurance of Aktürk and high-quality standards, with a skilled workforce and advanced machinery.
ANKARA FIRST WASTE PROCESSING FACILITY
Constructed by Aktürk Yapı and handed over to the administration in 1984, this facility evaluates all components of integrated waste management as a whole, aiming for sustainability from both environmental and economic perspectives. In this context, a modern facility structure appropriate for the conditions of the past was built.
