ZORLU CENTER

Located in one of the most central spots in Istanbul, Zorlu Center is a unique project that covers approximately 693,785 m² of construction area and rises in four blocks on a single island, marking a first not only in Turkey but also in the world with its mixed-use concept. Featuring a performing arts center, hotel, business center, shopping mall, and residential units, this project has brought a new dimension to our country’s architectural vision.

PRESIDENTIAL GLASS PAVILION GUESTHOUSE FOR FOREIGN HEADS OF STATE

Originally opened in 1936, the Glass Pavilion was allocated as a residence for foreign heads of state visiting Turkey between 1951 and 1954. Over the years, the building has served various functions. Restored by Aktürk Yapı in 1994, it regained its status as the Republic of Turkey Presidential Guesthouse for Foreign Heads of State. The building, which has been expanded while preserving its historical mission and authenticity, is a model restoration project with its unique architectural language and comfort-oriented spatial quality, equipped with the latest technological advancements.

KUWAIT EMBASSY COMPLEX

The Kuwait Embassy Complex, a significant milestone in Aktürk Yapı’s history, is recognized as one of our country’s successfully completed projects with international prestige. This prestigious project challenged the limited conditions of our country during its realization years and serves as an important reference point for Aktürk Yapı’s future, showcasing an architectural vision, advanced engineering techniques, and organizational discipline.

Restored and modernized by Aktürk Yapı, this important project has greatly contributed to defining the brand's trajectory through its architectural process that offers the experience of different disciplines.
