AKTÜRK RAPSODY HOUSES
Rapsody Houses combine a joyful nature and urban lifestyle with all contemporary comfort parameters in a single project. With its spacious residences and social facilities, it offers an ideal living model in Istanbul’s Çekmeköy. The project consists of a total of 555 residences and 8 commercial units, built on an area of 52,000 m² in 25 blocks of 4 floors each.
PARKORAN RESIDENCES AND OFFICE
Developed in partnership with Aktürk and MESA, the Parkoran Residences and Office is an extensive project featuring 12 blocks of 31 floors and 5 blocks of 7 floors, along with a multi-story business center and social life facilities. Located in Oran, this site consists of 1,832 residences and 72 commercial units, covering a construction area of 505,000 m². The modern architectural style reflects Aktürk’s experience in urban planning while maximizing quality within the homes and providing a lifestyle of health, enjoyment, and leisure in the surrounding social areas.
KEMERBURGAZ SPRINGS VALLEY
Located on 30,000 m² of green space in Kemerburgaz, the Springs Valley Project consists of a total of 65 villas, constructed using Nascor Advanced Timber Construction Systems with high security, aesthetics, and health standards. The project boasts extensive social amenities, including walking paths, a sports and health center, tennis courts, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools, while its architecture harmonizes with nature. One of its key features is that no trees were cut down during the construction process.
ORAN AKTÜRK HOUSES
Developed in two phases using tunnel formwork technology on an area of 23,265 m² in Çankaya, this project consists of 190 residences in 11 blocks, offering modern living standards.
İNCEK AKTÜRK NASCOR VILLAS
Comprising duplex houses built with Nascor Advanced Timber Construction Systems within uniquely beautiful gardens, the Nascor İncek Villas feature a high quality of life and a distinctly modern design. Constructed on a total area of 6,200 m² with 13 villas, each villa shares the same architectural design and the Nascor Building System allows for modifications according to user needs, generating significant interest in the construction sector.
DİKMEN VALLEY PROJECT / ÇANKAYA HOUSES
As our country’s first urban transformation project, the Dikmen Valley Project includes the Çankaya Houses, which reflect Aktürk’s experience and offer high living standards with 218 residences. Designed with the tunnel formwork system—one of the most reliable systems against earthquakes—the project features a visionary architectural approach, a strong infrastructure, a close relationship with the city, developed facilities that support social life, and commercial areas that meet the expectations of the residents at the highest level.

Another phase of the Dikmen Valley Project, the Terrace Houses consist of 8 blocks with 65 apartments rising on 3 building islands, offering an elite lifestyle. ERYAMAN PHASE 5 RESIDENCES
The Eryaman Phase 1 Residences consist of 728 apartments in 5 and 10-story blocks built on a total area of 90,000 m². Constructed in a very short time using earthquake-resistant tunnel formwork and open prefabrication elements, these residences still maintain the same high-quality standards years later, making them a valuable reference for Aktürk's vision.
ERYAMAN PHASE 5 RESIDENCES - ERYAMAN 5. ETAP KONUTLARI
Acting with the awareness that each successful project creates a reference for the next, Aktürk has created a preference for the Eryaman Phase 5 Residences, thanks to the success showcased in Phase 1. This second project, realized on an area of 66,000 m², consists of a total of 592 residences across two blocks. Built with the same techniques and high-quality standards, these structures were delivered in a shorter time than anticipated.
